Hoi An
- See
- Old town – do it, it’s very nice to see and there’s a lot to taste. Take a grab.
- Japanese covered bridge – check if it’s still there cause it’s being renovated
- Assembly hall of the Fujian chines – it’s not that spectaculr
- Do
- Bicycle outside of Hoi An (?)
- Stay:
- Was recommended this home stay (I stayed at a friend’s so wasn’t able to test it out myself)
- Eat
- Banh Mi Phuong – LEGITTTTT. Anthony Bourdain recommendation too. DEFINITELY worth the hype. Go once, go twice, go every day!!! Best Banh Mi I had in Vietnam.
- The food hall in Hoi An old quarter with food stalls – YES. good food and cheap food. Can taste everything, I tasted:
- Banh cuon- stuffed rice flour pancake I like
- Banh vac – white rose dumplings – had them at Pho Xua, good there
- Banh bot loc – rice dumplings with dried shrimps and beans – I liked too
- Well coffee – nice and quiet in a side street. Don’t take the purple coffee
- Dessert at Tre nguon – I had thap cam (jelly, red beans, coconut sauce, corn) I liked it very much
- Recommended to me, didn’t have the chance.
- Drinks at Mot
- Eat at Morning glory
- Eat broken rice and chicken at Com ga ba buoi (Phoebe)
- Bale well – pork skewers
